IT Support Specialist
Wesley Callow supports The Markup’s staff product and tech needs, keeping equipment and software up to date and secure.
Before joining The Markup, he worked as an IT collaboration specialist at Etsy, where he helped migrate to Okta and Slack Enterprise Grid. He also worked at Pixar for 10 years, helping create the first physical walk-in help desk at the Studio and streamlining the onboarding and IT orientation of new hires. Wesley is passionate about delivering an empathetic and efficient onboarding/off-boarding experience for The Markup’s staffers.
